I was banned :(

Hi guys,

I sent a ban appeal, but I just thought I should post it here so that people that know me can know why I'm not on.

So I play on Office a lot, under the name "HelicioNOD--GOES TO DUKE ROARR!" which yes, I know is a retarded name, but anyway...I play a LOT on office, or used to, and although I don't talk much I remember seeing people like nighthawk and organdonor and hellokitty and killa and notpooper, etc.

Anyway, so as most of you know who have played with me, I am an average player but I definitely don't hack. HOWEVER, my brother was playing on the Dust Server (which I never play on...I hate Dust, Office is where I like to play) and the retard had downloaded an aimbot. Since his screen was shaking as it always does during aimbot, he got banned (and rightfully so).

However, I'm not my brother . And I was banned! I can't play Office now and since that's the only server I like I don't play CS anymore. I haven't hacked in my entire life, since I suck at computers, and I didn't know my brother was even playing my computer. For that day I was playing his Xbox 3 hours away at the beach.

I was wondering if in the name of justice I could be considered to be unbanned. You can watch the demo; I won't deny that my brother was hacking like a little bitch. But if you want proof that it was my brother and not me, just talk to me over steam and I'll tell you our facebook real names so you can see I have a twin brother, etc.

And no, I won't blame anyone if I am still banned. My steam username was used to hack; it just wasn't me who was hacking. I go back to college in a week where I only have a shitty 5 year old Mac and I guess I just wanted to play a little more before I leave.

He plays for fun, not to be good/hack.
give him another shot, he'll prove you guys he doesn't hack
As u can see he cares about N/U, why would he hack if he had the risk to get banned..

well imo anyone could come up with the excuse that it was some1 else playing on your comp. not to mention that you have to take care that, whenever you let a person play with your account, this person wont do shit with it.
i know youve been playing a lot on office but ive seen seen a lot of ppl starting things they shouldnt have. so with that being said i tend to say the ban should stay. you wouldnt be the first person who comes up with it was my bro, kid, friend etc.
just my opinion. the final decision is up to jackd i guess.

i say the ban should say all that talk is cheep to me sorry man but it wasnt no one but your faulght. not the ppl that put them on. If there was anyone that did witch i dought there was you just thought you could get away with it sorry man tuff brake. but thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Your ban will stay. Although your case may be true, flashing some pictures to us will not prove anything.

If you are legit, i suggest you get a new steam account.

I say give him a second chance why? because unlike most other fucksticks he came on the forumns and explained his story fully. Unlike other hackers that you have seen me rage on. And I believe him because things actually add up for once. But however most likely you wont get a second chance, but I say give him another chance or at least let him play until he goes away to college.

However I could be wrong, but this is my stance on this. ( if you wanna play that bad on NU buy another steam account)

Considering it was Siosios in the server at the time of your ban Siosios saw it and saw it was an obvious aimbot, he informed us VIA admin only chat in game dot demoed and banned. So the final decision is up to Siosios really, but I highly doubt you'll be unbanned. Sorry.

IF the ban stays and you get a new steam account like dot/tib said, but you use the same name or someone figures out it's you then you'll be banned for ban evasion.

I'm sorry, but this is why you NEVER let anyone use your account brother or not. Should have let him get his own account.
