Death Match is dead.

So i've noticed that the last few weeks have left DM a more than a little baron. I've been out of state for a week, but from what i saw before i left and what i am seeing now, DM is in a definite slump. My only guess could be the current map rotation. I'm going to propose that the new maps set for rotation should be as follows:

dm_cs_Crackhouse
dm_bunkerwars_source
dm_natalyas_bloodbath
fy_beacon
fy_TwoTowers
gg_dm_hangumhigh

These are the most popular maps and will hopefully give the needed spark to get DM back on its feet. Also should note that the votemap option at the end of each round still does not work, and poolday (when in rotation) is CONSTANTLY on, much more than any of the others. Please do not put poolday on the rotation.

Perhaps new maps as well?

DM_bloodarena~~~~looks like fun
dm_sticks_snow_bunkers~~~~~another fun one

all relatively close quarters, trying to mix shit up a bit. =P

if nat isnt too busy with zombiemod she might be able to sruce up DM's map cycle. i have faith in her choices.

I was on a Gun Game server and they have this thing called "Rate Map". Players can rate the maps on 1-5 star rating. This could probly help us figure out which maps are liked and which ones are disliked. Just thought i should throw that out there

I skimmed trough it and it seems like it would help and has options to view the stats via PHP.

Easy tbh that snow bunkers map looks too dark for dm. I seriously doubt people will like it, so I didn't add it for now but if you really want me to I can. I did add the blood arena map though. It looks like it might be fun.

Umm, I did change the map list like you and POW suggested. It now looks like this:

It should still let admins choose the other maps like poolday or whatever. If this is buggy and it still rotates to the other maps, let me know and I'll see what I can do, but it should work properly. As for rate map, I'll look at adding it later tonight or maybe tomorrow. I don't know how to edit the next map vote. Sios will have to tell me where to look to play around with that.

I haven't had any luck with this map rating plugin.

Got it to work here and on Zombie Mod. Type !maprate to rate the map and type !maprating to view the ratings on other maps.
